Real estate portfolio

Since IEF Capital was founded at the end of 2001, it has built up a high quality real estate portfolio with a total current value of approximately €3 billion. These properties are well spread throughout the Netherlands. In general they are characterised by very good locations, quality tenants and long-term lease agreements, and so provide IEF Capital with a strong hedge for its long-term inflation obligations.
