What does IEF Capital do?

IEF Capital develops, structures and sells inflation products which are covered by its inflation related income flows. In recent years IEF Capital has placed various such products with pension funds and asset managers. Purchasers include PGGM, the staff pension fund for the health and social services sector, and Fortis Investments (the former ABN-AMRO Asset Management). The coverage for IEF Capital's long term inflation obligations is provided by the real estate portfolios we have acquired. These consist of high quality commercial property. The specific qualities of the portfolio objects, such as the annual indexation of their leases to the consumer price index and their strong value development, assure an excellent cover for our inflation obligations. IEF Capital has acquired a range of portfolios in recent years (see track record), bringing the total value of those we now manage to approximately €3 billion.
