IEF Capital Annuity Index Bond
The IEF Capital Annuity Index Bond is an annuity loan characterised by payments which increase annually in line with inflation. The principal is repaid over the term of the contract. The yearly payments (principal and interest) rise in line with Dutch CPI inflation. This product is an ideal instrument for pension funds in their payout phase.
